Common questions
Who counts as chat-only?
Anyone who only needs Chat, Spaces and People, such as field teams, drivers and shop staff. Anyone who works in CRM, Desk or Books needs a full seat.
Do the first 3 people stay free after we upgrade?
No — on the paid plan every member is billed: $20 a month for a full seat and $5 for chat-only. Free is a plan for small teams, not 3 permanently free seats.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Prices are before VAT and other local taxes. Where they apply, they are added to your invoice.
